It would appear that she will indeed be attending the Indie Spirit Awards, a news flash from this am says:

"...Celebrity presenters at the March 22 event will be: Berry, Adrien Brody, Daniel Day-Lewis, Robert Duvall, Anthony LaPaglia, Carrie-Anne Moss, Mekhi Phifer, Parker Posey, Sissy Spacek, Mena Suvari, and Isaiah Washington and director John Waters will return as the Master of Ceremonies. ..."

(Apparently those two performances of Fifth of July scheduled on March 22nd will either require the use of an understudy, or may be canceled completely then, although they are still listed on the performance schedule on Signature's website.):
