'The Event' at Tribeca Film Festival April 15, 2003 Parker's upcoming movie The Event, which screened at this year's Sundance Film Festival, will also be screening at the Tribeca Film Festival in May. Starting May 3rd, the festival runs until May 11th with tickets available to purchase April 21st. The Event will be screening on May 9th and 10th at Pace University.
